Our initial consultations are free and we can meet with you at any one of our 10 NJ office locations.  Please be advised that office hours are 8:30 to 5:30.  Night and weekend appointments may be available at a few of our offices.  If you are out of state or you cannot make it to one of our offices, we can schedule a telephone consultation.

Please also be advised that a free consultation does not mean that we can or will provide free legal advice.  Our best clients are clients that are educated about DWI in New Jersey and this firm.  This blog was created to do both.  Thus, we prefer not to meet with clients that are “attorney shopping”.  If this blog does not give you the information you need to help you decide if you should hire this firm over another, then I don’t see how the initial consultation will be productive. 

How much will your DWI case cost?  There is no way to tell as we do not offer cookie-cutter representation.  The number of tickets, the reading, issues involved, and the client’s desires all play a part in determing the fee. 

In most cases, the retainer is expected to be paid in full at the end of the consultation.  Although there is no obligation to actually hire the firm after the consultation, most of our best clients are prepared to make that decision because they set up the consultation with the intent on hiring the firm, the financial resources to do so and without the need to speak to anyone else or hesitate for any other reason.
